refunds will not be granted under the following conditions

• normal wear and tear from regular use.
• minor scratches or discolorationthatdo not affect the functionalityof the camper.
• damage caused by accidents, impact, msusabuseimproper andligr mproper storage. failure to follow recommended installation, use, or maitenance guidelines. damage caused by environmental exposure beyond intended use.
• products that have been forcibly repaired, modified, or altered by the user, including aftermarket modifications that affect the original designor structure.
• unauthorized modifications or changes may void part or all of the warranty coverage.
